The Wave team boasts over 20 years of collective experience in the education industry. We have successfully trained numerous students for thriving careers in the Customer Service sector. Recognizing the contemporary trend toward interest in the Food and Beverage industry, particularly in Coffee, Cuisine, Desserts, Mixology, Sommelier and Cafe Management. The Wave Group has more than 8 trainers who have years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry.

Distinguished from traditional Barista Schools, The Wave Academy offers a comprehensive curriculum that extends beyond coffee fundamentals. Our programme covers a spectrum of essential skills, including Roasting, Brewing, Sensory, Grinding, Frothing, and Latte Art. Other than coffee we also teach our candidates to make Mocktails and Smoothies which are available in the cafe menus. 

Moreover, we delve into Western Cuisine preparations, foundational Baking techniques, French pastry, and Cafe Management.
